Trying to buy tickets to Algerie and Niger.
Finally decided that visiting the airline would be better idea. They were all at their desks and they were so polite and charming...

Found their number. Called twice and hung on each time as the phone rang and rang and rang...
Tried another number and was told "you need the another number". The other number is the one I was using in the first place.
"Is someone answering that other line?"
"Oh yes"
So now I have called five times and waited until I am disconnected each time.....
